ENTRENAMIENTO EN EL CAR Y MEMORIAL ÁNGEL SÁEZ

El pasado fin de semana tres de nuestros karatekas del club se trasladaron a Madrid para hacer frente a un fin de semana intenso.

El sábado pudimos disfrutar de un excelente entrenamiento de Kata en el Centro de Alto Rendimiento del Consejo Superior de Deportes (CAR) impartido por el seleccionador Jesus Del Moral, y con la participación de lujo de Sandra Sánchez y Damián Quintero.

Tras el entrenamiento, llegaba el turno de Monica Camarero quien participó con la Federación Vasca en el Memorial Ángel Sáez en Collado Villalba. Un campeonato en el que se participó por equipos y en el que la Vasca consiguió imponerse ante Extremadura, perdiendo contra Asturias con un resultado ajustado.
